Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 27, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Lead Harbor LLC, operating as Lead Harbor ("Lead Harbor," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services provided
Lead Harbor provides lead management consulting, CRM configuration, sales pipeline organization, automated follow-up workflows, and conversion tracking services tailored for local service businesses such as mobile pet groomers, auto detailers, and specialty contractors.
2. Use of website and acceptable conduct
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful business purposes. You agree not to misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, probe vulnerabilities in, or gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or connected software platforms.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this website—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and digital architecture—is the property of Lead Harbor or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
4. SMS Messaging Program Terms (Mixed Campaign)
The provisions below describe Lead Harbor's intended Mixed SMS Messaging Program. SMS services are not currently active on this website and will be activated following formal compliance registration and verified consent collection.
When activated, Lead Harbor will serve as the sender of text messages sent from our designated business numbers. Our messaging program operates as a Mixed Campaign consisting of two distinct, non-bundled communication categories:
A. Message categories and descriptions
- Informational / Non-Marketing Messages: Includes notifications regarding inquiries you submitted, consultation scheduling, appointment confirmations, service setup updates, invoice notices, and direct replies to customer inquiries.
- Marketing / Promotional Messages: Includes announcements regarding new service offerings, promotional discounts, agency news, and marketing tips relevant to service businesses.
B. Clear consent requirements & non-condition of purchase
Prior to sending any SMS messages, Lead Harbor requires your affirmative, explicit opt-in consent. Consent for informational messages and consent for promotional messages are gathered as separate and independent options. Agreeing to receive informational texts does not constitute consent for marketing messages.
Consent to receive marketing or informational text messages is never required as a condition of purchasing any products, consultations, or services from Lead Harbor.
C. Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the nature of your inquiry, active service projects, and the specific communication categories you have chosen to receive.
D. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to you from us and to messages you send to us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please consult your mobile service provider for details about your text messaging and data plans.
E. Opt-out instructions (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to any text message sent by Lead Harbor. After sending STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent to your number unless you initiate a new opt-in.
F. Help and customer support (HELP)
If you experience any issues or need assistance, reply with the keyword HELP to any message, or reach our customer support team directly at:

- Telephone: (786) 367-8502
G. Privacy Policy reference
For comprehensive information on how we handle personal data, maintain confidentiality, and protect your mobile information, please review our Privacy Policy. As detailed in our Privacy Policy, mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Lead Harbor makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding website uptime, accuracy of third-party software integrations, or specific financial results.

7. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are proposed to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, the state in which Lead Harbor LLC is organized as a limited liability company, without regard to its conflict of law principles, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
